Absolutely!

We mainly ship from Canada, but do occasionally ship from our fulfillment warehouses located in Hong Kong and the United States.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. To request changes or cancellations, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, requests made beyond this time frame will not be accommodated. However, you can return the order for a full refund once it arrives.

We gladly accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

Our warehouses handle and dispatch all orders. During holidays and sale seasons, processing may take a bit longer. We process orders from Monday to Friday, and it usually takes 1-3 business days from the order date. Shipments go out the following day after processing, but please note that we don't ship on weekends.

High demand and customization options may result in a delivery time of 2-4 weeks.

If you haven't received your order within 30 days of shipping, you qualify for a full refund.

Our displayed prices are in US Dollars and do not include taxes. Upon receiving your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes as determined by your local customs office. These charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. Additionally, we cannot be held accountable for any customs-related delays in your country. If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise, please contact us with your order number, item photos, and relevant details. We will work diligently to resolve your case as soon as possible.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For credit or debit card transactions, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your card-issuing bank account. If you have questions about the credit, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you haven't received your refund yet, please reach out to your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
