PopBUG! Custom Curiosities is dedicated to your satisfaction. Unless otherwise stated, and the item is not a customized product, we will accept refunds on merchandise in good, clean, working condition for a period of 30 days from your original invoice date. Items must be returned with the original packaging and warranty information if applicable. Some items cannot be returned if opened or customized. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted. Return shipping and handling fees are FREE when you submit a return request on PopBUGCuriosities.com if you choose to receive your refund as a PopBUG! store credit. If you choose to receive your refund to your original payment method, the cost of a prepaid return shipping label is deducted from the amount of your refund and restocking fees may apply. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If returning a gift, you can choose to receive PopBUG! store credit.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
